Holiday Shipping Deadlines 2025

So your gifts arrive right on time ✨

The holidays move quickly, and I want to make sure anything you’re gifting (or treating yourself to) arrives before the celebrations begin. Below are the official cutoff dates for 2025 based on production timelines, shipping windows, and studio workflow.

📦 Framed Prints (Made-to-Order)

Order by: Tuesday, December 2

Framed prints take the longest to produce and need extra processing time during the holiday rush. Ordering by December 2 gives you the best chance for pre-holiday delivery.

🖨 Made-to-Order Items

(canvas prints, large paper prints 16x20inch+, apparel, totes, etc.)

Order by: Sunday, December 7

These items are created off-site and require additional lead time during peak season.

🎁 All Other Holiday Orders

(in-stock items shipping from my studio)

Order by: Wednesday, December 17

This includes:

  • Original paintings
  • Seashell ornaments
  • Greeting cards + stationery (not boxed sets)
  • Paper prints (most 8x10in and 11x14in prints)
  • Accessories (pouches & limited apparel already stocked)

Anything shipping directly from my studio falls under this deadline.

🛍 Local Studio Pickup (Montauk)

Pickup is available all month during open studio hours.

If you need something last-minute, just reach out — I can usually make it work.

📬 A Quick Shipping Note

Once a package is handed off to USPS or UPS and scanned into their system, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. I carefully pack every order and provide full tracking, but I unfortunately cannot control carrier delays, rerouting, or lost mail during the holiday rush.

If anything unexpected happens, email me right away — I’ll always do what I can to help.

✨ Helpful Tips for Smooth Holiday Delivery

Ordering early is always safest (carriers get very backed up).

Originals ship quickly, but still aim to order before Dec 17.

I’m happy to include a handwritten note for gifts — just add it at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
