Shipping policy

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

FOR ORIGINALS

  • All orders will be processed in 3-5 days.
  • Please allow 10-12 days for shipping of Original Oil Paintings.
  • Originals will be shipped via UPS Ground, insured, and require a signature upon delivery.
  • If you'd like the signature waived, please include "NO SIGNATURE" in the notes at checkout.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
  • If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me.

FOR PRINTS

  • All orders will be processed in 3-5 days.
  • All prints are made to order.
  • Please allow 10-12 days for shipping of paper and canvas prints.
  • Paper prints 11x14 inches and smaller will ship flat with a sturdy cardboard back to ensure the print remains safe during shipping.
  • Paper prints 16x20 inches and larger will be shipped rolled in a protective sleeve and then placed in a tube.
  • All prints ship via UPS Ground.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
  • If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me.

FOR FINE ART GIFTS

  • All orders will be processed in 3-5 days.
  • Tote Bags, Sweatshirts, and Pouches are made to order and will typically ship in 5-10 days.
  • Gift Cards are emailed at the time of purchase.

LOCAL PICK UP

  • If you'd like to arrange a local pick up in or near Montauk, NY, please select "Local Pick Up" 
  • Once your order is ready you will receive an email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • For international orders, a separate shipping invoice will be sent via email and must be paid before the order ships.
  • To get a cost for international shipping, please email me with the item you are interested in and a shipping address, and I will provide you with a quote.
