By purchasing from Hello Cando you agree to the following terms:

Payments & Orders

• All orders are processed securely through Shopify
• Orders are considered final once placed
• If you need to change an order, please email me ASAP at hello@hellocando.com

Shipping & Delivery

• I ship using reliable carriers (primarily UPS Ground)
• Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout
• Once a package is marked “delivered,” I am not responsible for stolen or misplaced items. Please reach out to UPS or your local carrier for assistance.

Returns

• Original paintings and sale items are final sale
• Prints and fine art goods are eligible for store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery (see Returns section for full policy)

Studio Pickup

• Local pickup is available during open hours at 41 Carl Fisher Plaza, Montauk, NY
• Pickup orders will be held for 30 days unless alternate arrangements are made
