Refund policy

As a small business, I unfortunately do not accept returns on original works of art and sale items. All other merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

We do our utmost to ensure that your prints or originals are packaged carefully and arrive safely to their new home. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact hello@hellocando.com with your order number for further instructions.
