Fishing Lure Portrait – Original Framed Gouache Art

Each lure has a story—weathered by salt, tangled in seaweed, or rusted from years at sea. The Fishing Lure Portrait Series is a growing collection of hand-painted original gouache artworks, inspired by the found fishing lures I’ve collected along my beach walks here on the East End. Some are classic, some homemade, some beaten by the ocean—but each one is a little time capsule from the tide.

Every lure portrait is:

• Painted by hand with gouache on textured fine art paper
• Sized 4x6 inches, each one unique
• Framed in an Ash Wood gallery frame with a 2.5” white mat
• Ready to hang – total frame size is 12x10 inches
• Signed on the front

These one-of-a-kind originals are perfect for beach houses, coastal kitchens, fishing cabins, or anyone who finds beauty in castoffs from the sea. They’re also a great gift for ocean lovers, anglers, or collectors of small, meaningful art.
